National Supply Network Return Policy

READ The Return Policy:

As with any online purchase, failure to read understand the return policy prior to checkout can and will result in an unsatisfied customer experience! The terms of usage of this website rely on your understanding of all terms and policies. 

You may return all company stocked items within 7 days of delivery receipt for a refund of the full purchase price excluding any actual shipping costs or handling costs on the shipping to your location. Notice the actual amount of shipping often is much higher than the shipping price paid at checkout especially if we offered free shipping. Free shipping only applies to products which are kept, meaning not returned. When returning the item those actual shipping costs remain a associated cost which is deducted from any refund. A RMA (Returned Material Authorization) must be issued within a 7 day period from the original delivery date, and the item must be received in our selected distribution center within 10 days of the original delivery date in order to qualify for a return. Returned items must be unopened in its original resalable condition. Once opened the product is considered used and not resalable thus no refund is available! NO EXCEPTIONS! Before opening the package make 100% sure you ordered the proper item, size, color, etc!

A minimum 30% restock fee will apply on all stock returns requests made after 7th day up until the 25th day after delivery date.  After the 25th day of delivery we are unable to refund. All non-stock, custom made, made to order, oversized or freight truck items, large multiple quantity orders are NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS. Shipping costs are NOT refundable, all actual shipping costs are deducted from the refundable amount.  National Supply Network reserves all rights to further communications with our sources and negotiating at further reduced restock fee's. On seldome occassions our sources allow restock fee's in excess of 30%, it is at the discression of National Supply Network to further the potential on the customers behalf. When allowed these returns often have over a 40% restock fee! Proper return goods memos are required for any and all returns, DO NOT RETURN without a company supplied return goods authorization.

Since many of our products are offered with free shipping, our actual outbound shipping or freight costs will also be deducted from your return refund. You will also be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse a order for a stocked item, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where restock fees and roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Non-Stocked items will not be refunded once they have been shipped regardless of your delivery refusal. At the discresion of National Supply Network we may assist in any order which was refused. If found addition shipping sharges will result to receive the order in which you originally refused. Any lost order which was refused is NON-Refundable!

All returns orders must include the following:

Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
Returned item must be complete and include all parts and accessories
Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates or any other reason) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
A Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To receive your RMA please contact our customer support department and be sure to have your order # handy.

Parcel or Freight Damage/ Lost Material :

Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received for lost items, shipping damage or freight damage while the delivery driver is present. Failure to inspect the item will result in loss of protection so make the driver wait while you inspect all packages. If you find that merchandise has been damaged, simply refuse the shipment and notate damage with shipper immediately. If you accept a package with external damage you must notate with the driver upon acceptance so that in the event there is any internal damage the carrier is at fault. If you accept any package you are agreeing that the item was not only delivered but delivered in good condition. Once you sign with a carrier the item is yours along with all the responsibility! 

If you cannot check the item at the time of delivery, or if the trucking company will not give you the time to check, MARK THE PACKAGE DAMAGED, and keep all packaging along with the box for review later. If the item happens to have concealed damage, we may then be able to process a return claim. Your are 100% responsible for broken or damaged goods upon failure to provide written notice of damage to the carrier or parcel company upon delivery. A delivery and/or delivery signature is acceptance of the goods. DO NOT ACCEPT KNOWN DAMAGED GOODS! DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGN FOR DELIVERY. IF THE CARRIER DROPS OFF WITHOUT SIGNATURE CALL THE CARRIER WHICH DELIVERED AND NOTIFY OF THE DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY OR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY AND GET A COPY IN WRITING FOR YOUR DEFENSE.

DOA / Defective Items :

If your item arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) or is defective upon receipt, please contact Customer Service immediately for an RMA #. DOA/Defective items can be returned for exchange only. If you do not want a replacement unit sent out, than the standard return policy and restocking fee will be applicable to the order.

Pricing Errors

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may change between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, the National Supply Network website price will necessarily change on occasion.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will attempt to contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Length of time for the issued credit to appear in your account is based on your individual bank or card issuer. We at National Supply Network make every possible effort to provide as current and accurate product information as is available to us from the manufacturers and distributors of the products we sell. Product information from these manufacturers and / or distributors is subject to change at any time. National Supply Network reserves the right to update and change pricing or information on our website at any time without notice. 

Information on this website regarding product, features, services and manufacturers - including pricing, availability, shipping and special offers - may include typographical errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
